Emerald Dream
🌌
100 × 150 cm — oil paint over poured acrylic paint
I gave myself something truly special: my Emerald Dream is now hanging in my bedroom.
What once began as a longing that I put onto canvas has now become a mirror. A reminder that I don’t have to search for who I am — I am already at home in the unknown.
This painting is an inner world where all parts of myself come together. Every figure on the canvas is an aspect of my own being: familiar yet mysterious. In this other world, I am at home, because I am not just one person, but many.
The layers of poured acrylic paint and oil paint represent what lives beneath the surface: memories, dreams, emotions, and parts of myself that are slowly revealing themselves to me.
Emerald Dream is, for me, an encounter with myself — in a world that may not be of this Earth, but that, deep within me, feels like home.
